Who Are We? Wind River Brokers provides Private Money and Commercial Loan services in Washington State and Oregon. We specialize in commercial and private money loans for subdivisions, developments, Land and Spec loans. Wind River Brokers started in Oct of 2003, but has been in the process for over 5 years. Our name comes from a River in Southwest Washington near a town called Stevenson. The River is well known for its Spring Chinook Salmon season. Many traverse its dangerous waters in hopes of landing an acrobatic, unbelievably strong Salmon with amazing natural obstacles that sit in the river's path. Mortgage transactions are like the river we are named for. They change constantly and you have to become more creative, flexible and try as hard as you can to get things done. We are about hard work and perseverance when such obstacles are in our way. |
